Away Team
Each match page begins by showing the match number as it appears
on the bookmaker's weekend football coupons. The home and away teams follow, unless
they are not English or Scottish league teams, in which case the message
'no record' may appear.
The strip colours appear for both teams.
Each match is listed as a league match or cup game and the date of the Saturday included in the bookmaker's weekend football coupon is shown. So matches may be played at any stage over the weekend, although most are generally played on the Saturday.
League Encounters
Previous UK league encounters between the teams are listed. Up to a
maximum of ten matches may be shown. A search for matches is made
back to, and including, season 1990-91.
Matches are shown in 'bold characters' where the fixture is the
identical.... that is the home and away teams are exactly as listed on the
bookie's coupon. There follows a summary of past wins and draws
for each team for all meetings and for the same fixture.
The 'Previous Meetings' histogram shows home
wins in red, draws in grey and away wins in black.
Recent Form
The most recent form of each team is listed. Up to ten matches
per team with the latest results at the top of the list. The home
results of the 'coupon home team' and away results of the 'coupon
away team' are shown in 'bold type'. Recent wins, draws and losses
are summarised.
The 'Recent Form' graphic shows the sequence
of wins, draws and losses with the most recent results to the right. (Home games
of the home team, and away games of the away team, are marked with an asterisk).
League Table
An extract from league tables shows each team's league position
in that division leading up to the weekend match and the totals for... matches played,
wins, draws, losses, goals scored, goals
lost and league points.
This is followed by data giving comparative home and away league table
statistics.
Rateform Points
A form rating system described in detail here...

These computer generated values provide a useful guide to the relative abilities
of each team but no claims are made concerning the accuracy of predictions.
The 'Rateform Value' bars provide a graphic
display of comparative values plus home, draw or away predictions shown
respectively as
red, grey and black.
Ladbrokes Odds
These are Ladbrokes home win, draw and away win odds
for each match just as they apear on the long-list weekend football coupons.
In addition to the traditional UK odds, decimal prices have been provided.
The 'Return On Bet' bar charts show the
total return on a one unit bet for a home win (red), draw (grey) and away win
(black).

bet online with Ladbrokes it is strongly advised that online match odds
be checked.... unlike the odds shown on 'High Street' bookmaker's coupons,
